In a function organized by the Asia Pacific Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery last week, Delhi's well-known ophthalmologist and chairman of Vision Eye Centre Padamshree Dr. A.K. Grover was honoured with the award. The program was inaugurated by Dr. Dongmei Li, President of the Society.
