Experience

8+ years of experience healthcare or eye care settings.

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).

 

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management
  1. Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure the efficient delivery of patient care and clinical services.
  2. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, regulations, and best practices in an eye care setting.
  3. Monitor and optimize resource utilization, including equipment, facilities, and supplies.
  4. Develop and implement policies, processes, and systems to improve operational workflows.
  5. Address patient feedback and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high patient satisfaction levels.
  6. Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  7. Conduct regular audits of processes and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Human Resource Management
  1. Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  3. Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
  4. Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies.
  5. Design and implement performance appraisal systems to assess and enhance employee performance.
  6. Identify training needs and facilitate professional development programs for employees.
  7. Plan and execute employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
  8. Manage payroll processes and other HR administrative functions.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
  1. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans for growth and service improvement.
  2. Prepare and present operational and HR reports, including KPIs, to management.
  3. Contribute to budgeting and cost control activities related to operations and staffing.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to guide decision-making.
Legal Compliance
  1. Coordinate with accreditation bodies and manage the facility’s compliance efforts.
