Dr A K Grover, Chairman,Vision Eye Centre Receiving the first Asia Pacific Ophthalmic Trauma excellence award and Oration at the inaugural ceremony of the meeting of the Asia Pacific Ophthalmic Trauma Society meeting in Kuala Lumpur September 17, 2022

Dr A K Grover, Chairman,Vision Eye Centre and Chairman, Dept of Ophthalmology, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital has become the first Indian to receive the prestigious Arthur Lim award from the Asia Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology(APAO) for his exemplary leadership in Ophthalmology and contributions to ophthalmic education in the Asia Pacific region and beyond

Dr. A.K. Grover, Dr. Tushar Grover and Dr. Rwituja Thomas Grover conducted 3 Instruction courses successfully at the All India Ophthalogical Society's annual meeting which is the most awaited and highly attended gathering of Ophthalmologists in India.

Chairman, Dr A K Grover, who is also the president of the Ocular Trauma Society of India, visited Gwalior for the annual meeting of the society. The meeting was very successful and received wide press coverage.

Vision Eye Centre, New Delhi, successfully hosted the first ever practical examination in India for FRCOphth organised by the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, London on May 5 and 6.

Dr A.K. Grover shares ways to protect eyes from harmful colours and balloons this holi. The use of synthetic colours can cause serious chemical injuries to the eye, whereas water balloons can cause sight threatening injuries such as corneal tears, traumatic cataract, glaucoma and retinal detachment
